Puri Constructions is a Delhi NCR developer that has been building since 1971. By its own count it has delivered more than 5,000 homes across the region. Most of its Gurgaon work is residential, and a large part of it sits on or near the Dwarka Expressway.
That local history is relevant to Aerosphere. The developer's Puri Diplomatic Greens, in Sectors 110A and 111, is completed and occupied, and is next door to the Aerosphere site. Puri Diplomatic Residences is under development in the same sector. Puri Emerald Bay in Sector 104 is also delivered.
