Lobby, Lifts and Drop-Off
The office entrance has its own drop-off at the rear of the podium, apart from the retail frontage. On the published second-floor plan, the lift lobby is double height, with ten lifts in two banks including fire lifts, and motorised openable windows to the front.
The lift speed, the number of lifts serving each floor and the access-control arrangements are not in the published material. Ask for them if you are taking a large floor.
Food, Retail and the Promenade
The ground floor carries sixteen shops and a restaurant of about 2,612 sq.ft. carpet, with a food court and retail plaza named in the developer's list. In the renderings, a timber canopy runs the length of the podium over a paved promenade.
For an office occupier this means lunch, coffee and daily errands inside the building, which counts for more while the sectors around it are still building their own markets.
Terraces and LEED
Planted terraces step up each tower. They shade the glazing next to them and give some floors an outdoor space. Which terraces are common and which belong to a unit is not stated; ask for it to be marked on the plan.
The project is LEED pre-certified, which reflects design intent. The final rating is awarded after construction.
