The live load per square metre the slab is designed for. Matters for server rooms, archives and dense seating.
Central air conditioning is confirmed. The system type, the hours it runs and how after-hours use is billed are not.
Sanctioned load per unit or per sq.ft., and the share of that load covered by DG back-up.
The plans show the lift bank. Ask for the rated speed and the number of lifts serving each floor.
Car spaces per 1,000 sq.ft. of office. Visitor parking is usually counted separately.
Glass performance values (solar heat gain, light transmission) affect cooling cost on the west face.
Sprinkler coverage, fire lifts and refuge areas, as per the approved fire scheme.
